Our prices are lower because we don’t operate a physical store, which means fewer overhead costs. We pass these savings directly to you, offering high-quality, genuine jewellery at better prices.
3. Will I ever expect a sale?
No. We never offer sales or mark-ups. Once you purchase your ring, you can be confident that its price is always fair—you’ll never come back and find it unexpectedly on sale.
4. Do you offer custom-made rings?

5. How long does a bespoke ring take?
Our designer will provide a design drawing within 3 working days for your approval. Once approved, your ring will be crafted and ready within 15–20 working days.
6. What is the payment schedule for bespoke jewellery?
A 20% deposit confirms your bespoke order, reserves your selected stone, and includes a design drawing within 3 working days. The remaining balance is only due once your ring is complete and ready for shipment.
7. Where is your store/showroom?
We are primarily an online store, but we do offer in-person viewings at a cosy café in Birkenhead, North Shore. You can try on rings and see them up close during a 30-minute appointment with one of our friendly sales representatives.

9. What if the ring is not my size?
Most of our rings are made in size P, which makes resizing simple. Our jeweller can adjust your ring before shipping to ensure it fits perfectly.

11. Do you offer layby payment?
Yes! Start your layby with a 10% deposit and pay the remaining balance weekly over a term of up to 12 weeks. Once full payment is received, your ring will be shipped.
12. Do you provide insurance valuations?
Yes! We can provide a professional valuation report for insurance purposes through a reputable independent jewellery valuer in Auckland. The service costs $120 (GST inclusive) and includes both a digital copy emailed to you and a paper copy delivered with your ring.

13. Do you work with other gemstones?
