Payment & Timeframe:
- The deposit of $436 will reserve the selected main stone and includes a design drawing for your approval.
- The design drawing will be provided within 3 working days once the deposit is received.
- Once the drawing is approved, the ring will be completed within 15–20 working days.
- Photos of the completed ring will be emailed to the customer and the remaining balance of $1,744 will be due once the ring is completed.

Optional Valuation:
- A valuation certificate can be added for an additional $120 incl. GST, if required.
- The valuation will be provided by the Jewellery Valuation Centre in Parnell, Auckland, and usually takes approximately 5–7 working days to complete once the ring is finished.
- A digital copy will be emailed to the customer, and the paper copy will be delivered together with the ring.
