Payment Plan:
- Deposit of $510 to be paid on 18/08/2026.
- The remaining balance will be paid in 5 fortnightly payments of $408 each on Thursdays:

Timeframe & Process:
- Once the deposit is received, the bespoke order will be confirmed and we will have the main pounamu stone prepared for cutting.
- A design drawing will be provided within 4 working days for your approval.
- Once the design drawing is approved, crafting will take approximately 20 working days.
- Photos of the completed ring will be emailed to you once it is ready.
- The ring will be shipped once the final balance has been paid in full.

Optional Valuation
- A valuation certificate can be added for an additional $120 GST inclusive, if required.
- The valuation will be provided by the Jewellery Valuation Centre in Parnell, Auckland, an independent jewellery valuation provider.
- The valuation usually takes approximately 5 to 7 working days once the ring is completed.
- A digital copy will be emailed to you, and the paper copy will be delivered together with the ring.
