Payment and Timeframe
- The deposit of $272 will confirm your bespoke order and includes a design drawing for your approval.
- The design drawing will be provided within 3 working days once the deposit is received.
- Once the design is approved, the ring will be completed within 15 to 20 working days.
- Photos of the completed ring will be emailed to you, and the remaining balance of $1,088 will be due once the ring is completed.

Optional Valuation
- A valuation certificate can be added for an additional $120 GST inclusive, if required.
- The valuation will be provided by the Jewellery Valuation Centre in Parnell, Auckland, an independent jewellery valuation provider.
- The valuation usually takes approximately 5 to 7 working days once the ring is completed.
- A digital copy will be emailed to you, and the paper copy will be delivered together with the ring.
